FULL SITDOWN GUESTS:
A seating arrangement designed for large group events. Round tables for 8 or 10 guests are used and spaced evenly throughout the event. ± 2m² per person
COCKTAIL GUESTS:
This is ideal for an event where you would normally have seating for about 50% of the guests ,a couple of bistro tables and a dance floor. ± 1,5m² per person
CINEMA GUESTS:
This is the most formal seating layout but needs a much smaller area for a lot of people to sit. Interaction of delegates is difficult due to side by side seating but it’s perfect for presentations and “question and answer” events. No tables are used in this style except for the presenter’s podium
